In This Post, I Shall Not Display Many Bands. Explore Yourself. The Genre 'Metal' Is One Big Family. People Have Always Asked 'Why Metal Have Different Kinds?' Or Maybe In Malay 'Macam2 sia ni metal. Asal uh?' It Was All Started From Our Roots Of Metal. 'Heavy Metal'. Bands Like Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin Are Catogerized In It. These Are The Forefather Of Metal. Influenced By Early Blues And Classical. I Think That Blues Is The Most Important Music. The Main Major Influence. Just Like 'RnB'. Rhythm n Blues. This 'Heavy Metal' Are Broke Up Into Different Parts. (I'll Explain On Punk First) You May Not Know That 'Punk' Came From 'Heavy Metal'. And Yes, It Is. In The Mid 70s. The Early Punk Bands Are Sex Pistols, The Ramones And Etc. 'Hardcore Punk' Came Out In The Late 70s After Punk Was Founded. Bands Like Black Flag, Bad Brains And Etc. After 'Hardcore', It Was Form Another New Genre Which You Guys Misconcept. 'Black Metal'. This Are The 'Early Black Metal' 'Thrash Metal' Was Also Came About At The Same Time. Bands Like Anthrax, Metallica, Kreator. And 'Thrash Metal' Has An Influenced Of The 'Early Black Metal' Scene Bands Like Venom, Celtic Frost or Mercyful Fate. The 'Early Black Metal' Has The Thrash Metal Music. Its Only The Lyrics Which Gave The Idea Of Black Metal. We Have 'Death Metal' Came Out After Thrash. The Well-Known Genre For Brutality, Death And Gore. And Of Course. Cannibal Corpse Is One Of The Band With The Lyrics. Back To The 'Early Black Metal'. This Is Where The Extreme Came About. 'Norwegian Black Metal' Was Formed After The 'Early Black Metal' Scene It Is Also Famous For Satanism. (Some Are Not) This Is Where People Misconcept And Start Stereotyping About The Genre. There Are A Lot Of History In This Scene. Like The Well-Known Black Metal Artist, Varg Vikernes. Burning 4 Churches In 1 Night During Christmas Eve In The 90s. I Shall Not Say Further More. Now I Shall Move To The Other Side Of The 'Heavy Metal' Parts. 'Shock Rock' Was Formed. It Means A Rock That Have A Shocking Value Of Presence. KISS and Alice Cooper Is One Of The Most Famous Bands Of Shock Rock. Another Part Was 'Hard Rock'. Like Aerosmith, Guns N Roses And Montrose. Nothing Much To Say About This Genre. And It Formed Another New Genre 'Glam Metal' Founded In Los Angeles. Sunset Strip Scene 'Glam Metal' Is Well-Know For Their Flamboyant Look. Sometimes It Is Also Known As 'Hair Metal'. Big Hair, Make-Up, Sleeveless Clothes, Spandex And Platform Boots. Most Of Their Music/Lyrics Is About Woman,Sex,Pleasure,Seducive,Drugs,Alcohol. They Are Also A Disgrace To The Whole Metal Generation. Another Last Part Which I Want To Talked About Is 'Power Metal' It Was Also Part Of 'Heavy Metal' Influenced. 'Power Metal' Is Usually Heavy But Having An Operatic Vocals. It Also Have Eccentric Of Symphony Music In It. Bands Like Helloween, Hammerfall, Stratovarius And Dio. 'New Wave Of British Heavy Metal' Came After Power Metal. It Has The Same Style Of Playing. Most Popular Bands You Can Find In This Genre. Of Course. Its Iron Maiden. I Shall Stop Here.
